RopeScore core system
When using RopeScore, personal information such as names, club affiliations and sport nationality of participants and judges will be processed by Swantzter. This processing will happen in Google Cloud, region europe-west3 (Frankfurt). You can read more in Google Cloud's Contracts and Terms. This transfer outside the EU uses standard contractual clauses. This processing is based on the legal basis of our legitimate interest of providing you with the service.

If yu decide to share an export from the system with Swantzter you may be sharing names and club affiliations of participants and judges, if you do so the data will be used for troubleshooting and stored in Google Workspace.
